On May 30, a conference on Chinese culture and civilization exchanges was held at the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Experts discussed topics such as soft power development, culture’s contribution to economic development and cross-cultural cooperation.
At this event, nearly 120 foreign representatives, including parliamentarians, government officials, party officials, think tank experts, and scholars from Algeria, the Republic of Congo, Laos and Sri Lanka, along with nearly 50 Chinese representatives from the Party School of the Central Committee of China participated.
Foreign representatives said that the conference provided valuable insights into the excellent traditional Chinese culture, offering precious references for the inheritance and development of their own national cultures. This meeting fostered greater mutual understanding and laid a foundation for future friendly cooperation.
